Participants are kindly requested to fill in the DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM, at the end of which they will find the payment procedure (online via credit card, or via bank transfer). Please note that ON-SITE registration will be possible only via cash payment of the registration fees.
Remember that papers accepted to the conference must have at least one author registered at the Symposium in order to guarantee that they are included in the Acta Horticulturae volume.

Social Dinner for Acc. Person
Full registration fee includes: the introductory social event, the official conference program and participant's package, all lunches and mid-session refreshments, excursion (field trip and dinner). A copy of Acta Horticulturae reporting the symposium proceedings will be sent to all fully registered delegates.
Student registration fee includes: all benefits of full registration except for the Acta Horticulturae volume. A certificate confirming student status is required.
Accompanying person registration fee includes: all lunches and mid-session refreshments. Information on a large choice of additional cultural, entertainment and tourist programs will be available.
One-day registration fee includes: the full participant's package, lunch and mid-session refreshments.
Payment: Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer, or online via credit card, using the procedures posted at the end of the DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM. All payments must be processed in euros. Please note: all expenses related to the transfer of fees must be paid by the participant.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Symposium secretariat by post. For cancellations received by 30 September 2013 the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 25% for administration costs. Any cancellations after 30 July 2015 will not be refunded.
