Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Speakers will have 15 minutes (plus 5 minutes for discussion) to deliver their oral presentation, whereas Invited Speakers will have 35 minutes (plus 5 minutes for discussion) to deliver their keynote speech.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

The maximum poster size is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, preferably in A0 format (84.1 cm x 116.9 cm). Title, authors' names and affiliation should be included at the top of the poster.

Posters will be on display throughout the duration of the Symposium and will be discussed during specific poster sessions.

Set-up: Monday, August 31 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Break-down: Thursday, September  3 starting at 1:00 p.m.

At the end of the Symposium, please do not leave any posters behind. Any remaining posters will be destroyed after the last participant has left.
