To take advantage of these offers, the participants will have to contact directly the travel agency by email ( This email address is being protected from spambots. The prices will be increasing as the date of the Symposium approximates and with room availability, so we strongly advice the participants to ask for room reservation as soon as possible (we will keep updating the hotel list and the prices (All prices listed refer to the cost per room, per night, in Euros).
