Accommodation

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) the scientific secretariat can provide the participants to the Symposium with special discounts for the rooms in a number of hotels located near the Symposium venue. To take advantage of these offers, the participants will have to contact directly the travel agency by email ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ). The travel agency will take care of the reservations. The prices will be increasing as the date of the Symposium approximates and with room availability, so we strongly advice the participants to ask for room reservation as soon as possible (we will keep updating the hotel list and the prices (All prices listed refer to the cost per room, per night, in Euros). Registration

Participants are kindly requested to fill in the DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM, at the end of which they will find the payment procedure (online via PayPal, or via bank transfer). 

Remember that papers accepted to the conference must have at least one author registered at the Symposium in order to guarantee that they are included in the Book of Abstracts and in the Acta Horticulturae volume.

Post-Symposium Tour

Full registration fee includes: the introductory social event, the official conference program and participant's package, all lunches and mid-session refreshments, technical visit. A copy of Acta Horticulturae reporting the symposium proceedings will be sent to all fully registered delegates.
Student registration fee includes: all benefits of full registration except for the Acta Horticulturae volume. A certificate confirming student status is required.
Accompanying person registration fee includes: all lunches and mid-session refreshments. Information on a large choice of additional cultural, entertainment and tourist programs will be available.
One-day registration fee includes: lunch and mid-session refreshments.
Payment: Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer, or online via PayPal, using the procedures posted at the end of the DELEGATE REGISTRATION FORM. All payments must be processed in euros. Please note: all expenses related to the transfer of fees must be paid by the participant.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Symposium secretariat by post (Secretariat Mail Address). For cancellations received by 30 July 2015 the registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of 25% for administration costs. Any cancellations after 30 July 2015 will not be refunded.
